Ten former Oregon State athletes and one coach make up Oregon State athletics 2024 Hall of Fame class, the school announced Tuesday.

The headliners are Pat Casey, who coached OSU to three national championships in baseball, former major league outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury, NFL veteran quarterback Derek Anderson and record-setting running back Jacquizz Rodgers.

OSU will enshrine the 2024 class on Friday, September 13, then honor the group the following day at the Oregon State-Oregon football game in Reser Stadium.

Also in this year’s Hall of Fame class are Darwin Barney (baseball), Robbie Findley (soccer), Joey Hansen (rowing), Saori Haruguchi (swimming), Leslie Mak (gymnastics), Cambria Miranda (softball) and Kathy Weston (track & field).

Casey, who retired following the 2018 season, led Oregon State to six College World Series appearances, winning national titles in 2006, 2007 and 2018. Casey is a five-time national coach of the year, and his 900 wins at OSU ranks sixth in Pac-12 history.

Ellsbury, who played for Casey from 2003-05, developed into a first-round MLB draft pick. Ellsbury was the national player of the year in 2005, and in 2001, was runner-up for major league baseball’s Most Valuable Player award. Barney, who also played for Casey from 2005-07, was a key player on two national championship teams. Barney played eight seasons in the major leagues, and returned to Oregon State as an assistant baseball coach in 2020.

Anderson was the sixth player in Pac-12 history to pass for more than 10,000 career yards. He led the Beavers to three bowl games, then went to the NFL as a 2005 sixth-round draft pick by Baltimore. Rodgers was the Pac-10′s 2008 offensive player of the year as a freshman, and rushed for at least 1,000 yards in each of his three seasons as a Beaver.

Findley is fourth in OSU history with 28 career goals, and is a four-time all-conference honoree. Findley played 13 years in Major League Soccer for four different teams, scoring 40 goals.

Hansen was a 2004 Olympic gold medalist in men’s eight, and a member of three all-conference teams. Haruguchi won an NCAA title in the 200-meter butterfly, and earned multiple All American honors. Mak won back-to-back conference gymnast of the year awards. Miranda, a two-time All American, scored a then-school record 152 runs during her OSU career. Weston was the 1978 national champion at 800 meters, and competed in the 1976 Olympics.
