Tracy Rasberry was shot and killed on June 26 on North Atlantic Avenue and North Buffalo Street. No one has been arrested.

PORTLAND, Ore. — A man who was shot and killed in North Portland's Arbor Lodge neighborhood early Wednesday morning has been identified.

The shooting happened on June 26 near North Atlantic Avenue and North Lombard Street. Police officers found 24-year-old Tracy Rasberry dead at the scene around 5:30 a.m. 

The medical examiner determined Rasberry died from a gunshot wound and ruled his death a homicide.

The suspect, or suspects, left the area before police arrived. Portland police have not yet arrested anyone in the case.
