On Tuesday at 10:57 a.m. a heat advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from Thursday 8 a.m. until Monday 9 p.m. for Eastern Douglas County Foothills.

The weather service adds, "Temperatures of 95 to 100 degrees expected."
